Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be happy with every order. Since our products are food items, returns are handled with care and subject to the conditions below.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, spoiled or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Change of Mind
As our products are perishable food items, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind once a pack has been opened.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method, or as store credit on request.
